Purpose
A debugging tool for sending messages to an OAA community.
Description
Debug provides an interface for communicating with the agent
community through either natural language queries or through
lower-level ICL expressions.

ICL Solvables
Debug provides one solvable with the purpose of listening into
broadcast messages.
- inform(Type,Msg) : Listens to the inform broadcast channel and
displays any messages it hears.
