I'm a computer scientist in the Bioinformatics Research Group within the Artificial Intelligence Center at SRI International. I contribute to the Pathway Tools software and the associated BioCyc collection of pathway/genome databases.
Prior to joining SRI, I was a graduate student in the UCSF / UC Berkeley Joint Graduate Group in Bioengineering, where I earned my M.S. degree. I also earned my B.A. degree at UC Berkeley, in computer science.
