Kngine is a state-of-the-art, publicly available, broad domain question answering system. In TREC 11 and in an independent 3rd-party benchmark, Kngine scored 3x times higher than Wolfram | Alpha, True Knowledge and other competing systems. In addition, Kngine may be the only commercial QA system to support multiple languages, currently English, Germany, Spanish and Arabic. In this talk I will present Kngin's architecture, challenges, results, and current and future R&D directions.
