The ability to automatically and accurately extract models of real world using stereo images is an important problem in computer vision. Applications range from virtual reality, human computer interaction to automated navigation and surveillance. In this talk I will give a brief overview of "state of the art" stereo algorithms. I will then present a window-based binocular stereo algorithm using graph cuts. Finally, I will present a probabilistic framework for stereo using multiple views. |
