  ABSTRACT={This report describes briefly a PDP-15 simulator and its assembler,
     both of which were written on the PDP-10. The instruction repertoire for the
     simulator is complete except for input/output transfer instructions. The assembler
     provides an optional assembly and symbol table listing but currently has no
     pseudo-op or macro capabilities.},
