Abstract

The SRI Vision Module has been tested for its ability to provide dimensional measurements on a sample aircraft subassembly. The parameters measured were the upset diameter of a rivet, and the distance from the center of a upset head to a stiffener edge. A total of 37 rivets were measured, using a dial caliper and the Vision Module.
