SRI is developing an automated reading system that makes the information in text accessible to a range of formal reasoning systems.
From question-answering to information-seeking dialogs.
The goal of the project is to demonstrate the current state-of-the-art in knowledge representation by attempting to answer the questions in an advance placement test in chemistry.
A limited domain, bidirectional, speech to speech translation project for handheld devices. The current languages are English and Pashto.
A system for extracting information from free text.
