OAA Shell Agent (oaa_shell)
Purpose
A utility and debugging tool for sending requests and queries to an
OAA community, from the (Unix or DOS) command line.
Description
oaa_shell provides a command line interface for connecting (usually
very briefly) to a facilitator, sending requests to it, and displaying
the results of those requests.
