[geovrml] Rez Update

There is a new update of Rez on www.surak.com.au/~chris/vrml/RezIndex.html

Apart from bug fixes the main changes are:

  • GeoVRML output working again - as long as height valuesdon't have to be flipped north-south,
  • Some re-working of the binary tree VRML output and image slicer code
  • repackaging of all the code and rewriting of the interfaces (still ongoing)
  • a start on javadoc!
