Richard Waldinger's coffee and cookies, served in his office at 4pm each day, is a regular feature at SRI's Artificial Intelligence Center. "It started in 1970 when I'd make coffee for a few friends," says Richard, a member of the center, "but over the years more and more people dropped in."
