Express is part of DARPA's PAL project. The
goal of the project is to
create a learning-based personal assistant
that can daily organize and
prepare
information, facilitate communications with others, and
automate
repetitive tasks. With this CALO Express release, we on the CALO Express team at SRI are progressively productizing features from the PAL Research System, making it work seamlessly within a Microsoft office environment, and we're improving the user interface such that it fits within your existing framework (no heavy new interfaces for you to learn). |

In addition to standard keyword search, CALO Desktop Search can help you find answers to queries expressed in your own words. With our natural language interface you can find exactly what you want.
